So this is Storm from the X Men. I'm going to assume that everyone knows who she is. Pencils made it possible. A regular #2 and a 4B Medium Wash art pencil for deeper shades. I was attempting to make the most beautiful amazing drawing of Storm that I could.. That didn't happen, and the only reason that I "finished" it was so that I could give it away instead of throwing it away. Something about her bothers me. I can't pinpoint it, I think it's her legs.
What!? This is fabulous. Great rendition, I love it. Actually the kind of art I love. though everyone has their own opinions about art, I like this, I really do.

I really love your attention to detail, it takes a lot of patience to pull something like this off. My favorite part of her is actually her legs, how you conveyed form with such simple lines. The only thing that seems a bit off is her left hand, realistically I don't think that that hand would appear distorted like that... but she has friggin lightning coming out of her so I guess it doesn't apply in this case. Faved.
She's very pretty. I always liked the silver outfit. Mohawk is still my fav, though. I love the different textures, from clouds and hair to shiny shiny clothes.
Hmm... I don't see anything wrong with the legs. Of course, she looks like she's standing on solid ground, which takes away from the flying effect a bit.
Yeah, I thought she looked like she was standing on something. Ya know what it is? I think she's standing in front of a blue screen and there're a TON of computer effects. Mmmm-hmm. Like chest-bursting wardrobe malfunctions and lil X's popping off her shoulders, it's all done with computers these days. Just like mother says. Don't ya LOVE how ethnic she looks? That's my favorite part. Nothing like Hally Berry, that girl could only make it in movies. I dont think I'd ever see her on the WB, or on that Soul Train. I'd mention BET, but they'd take anyone non-ghetto to give themselves credibility. We TV watchers like to know exactly what people are made of. Like that Vin Diesel, who refuses to tell anyone flat out what he's a mix of. He's another one who wouldnt do well on Network television. I think it's the executives collective fault. If those 80 year olds don't know what's up with a person, they'll think that EVERYONE will be all dysheveled over it. It's nothing to get constipated worrying about.
